Discount Codes

Customers are permitted to use one (1) discount code for each purchase. Attempts at applying multiple codes for a single purchase will be voided. To add a code to your order, enter the code on the shopping cart page after adding an item to your shopping cart.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

Sales tax is only applied on orders shipping to an address within the state of California. International customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. Running Warehouse strongly suggests that you review our International webpage and check with your local government agency to determine the extent of any additional charges prior to purchase.

Customer Protection

Running Warehouse makes customer security a top priority. All pages asking for personal information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with "https".

In an effort to protect our customers, a valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.

Running Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is taken seriously at Running Warehouse. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy statement please contact us. Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience. Under some circumstances we may require additional financial information. We use your financial information, including credit card information, address and other information to verify you as the cardholder. The information we maintain in your customer file is used to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Running Warehouse does not acknowledge the "Do Not Track" setting in browsers or any other mechanisms that allow the user to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personally Identifiable Information(PII). We do not, however, allow the collection of Personally Identifiable Information(PII) by third parties or online services.


We collect non-personal information about your use of our site, directly and through the use of cookies. Cookies are small computer files that we transfer to your computer's hard drive that allow us to know how often someone visits our site. This information helps us to customize our web site specifically for you and also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. Cookies can not retrieve personal information from your computer.


Our online ordering system uses industry standard SSL 128-bit security encryption. Your information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm that only we can decode. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.


If you believe that your Content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your Content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the Content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the Content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the Content; and
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in San Francisco, California, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, Running Warehouse may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed Content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the Content provider, member or user, the removed Content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at Running Warehouse's sole discretion.

Shipping and Returns


we make every effort to ship your order the same or next business day. However, during peak seasons when we experience unusually heavy volume orders may be delayed up to two business days.

SHOEBACCA offers free standard shipping on orders RUB 5119.29 or more that are shipped within the continental U.S. For orders less than RUB 5119.29 there is a flat rate charge of RUB 542.64. You can upgrade your order to 2nd day air for and additional RUB 819.09 for the first item plus RUB 409.54 for each additional item on that order. Second day air will arrive 2 business days from the shipping date.

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders that are placed after 12 Noon CST may ship as soon as the next business day. Any order that requires additional verification for approval may take up to 2 business days before final processing/shipment.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


We want you to feel happy and secure about shopping with In the event that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise in unworn condition including manufacturer's box with original tags.

365 Day Returns Policy
Shoebacca purchases are eligible for returns for up 365 days after the original date of purchase for a refund. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded RUB 5119.29 and qualified you for our free shipping offer your are entitled to free return shipping. If the original order value was under RUB 5119.29 customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will gladly refund your shipping if the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Return Instructions
If you did purchase directly from the Shoebacca website, then you should log into your Shoebacca account and go to My Account and find the order and item you would like to submit a return for. Then simply follow the return instructions from our website.

Standard Refunds
  • For returns received within 100 days of purchase refunds will be issued to the form of payment used on the original order.
  • For returns received after 100 days of purchase refunds will be issued in the form of a check from our corporate office.
  • Most refunds will post to your account within 2-5 business days however some banks can take up to 4 weeks to post the refund.
  • PayPal refunds that are returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase will be issued a check. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your check in the mail.
Standard Exchanges
If you need a different item, color, or size, please go ahead and place a new order to ensure the item you want doesn't sell out before your refund has been issued.
